The Flexx Handlebar System (Patent # 6,860,500) is designed to absorb shock and vibration that is transferred to your hands, arms, elbows and shoulders. The design was originally intended to absorb catastrophic impacts for instance casing a jump or hitting a large “g-out.” The reality of the system’s performance is a massive reduction in shock and abuse transferred to the rider throughout all types of terrain. The Flexx Handlebar System offers a controlled, consistent flex that is tunable through four different density elastomers that come with the system. The result: greater control and less abuse.

Strict tolerances are checked many times over by a highly qualified production crew, ensuring that every component of the Flexx Handlebar System goes out our doors with unparalleled accuracy.

Sweep or pull back of Flexx Bars 10 degrees (KTM stock) Straighter bend, 12 degrees (Japanese models stock) slightly greater bend, 14 degrees even greater bend (recommended for riders under 5'8"), 15 degrees greatest pull back for shorter riders, ATV's and longer bikes like KTM Adventurers or BMW's
  • 2.) 3 Bar widths. MOTO 32", ENDURO / WOODS 31", MINI 29" (Flexx Bars may be cut down to for a custom fit as well)
  • 3.) Bar Height. Available in Standard 92mm (low) for riders under 6'2"or High 116mm (approx. 3/4" higher than standard) for riders over 6'2".
  • I am 6'1 and use the 10 degree bend Enduro 31" wide cut down to a 30" wide (for tight timber) with the standard 92mm height with the Damper Cross Bars (to accommodate a steering damper) and the Cycra Pro Bend Hand Guards. They work fantasic!
