Knurled extreior holds the grip tight, and Specify our Open-ended design if  you use handguards, or ask for Closed-end if you ride without handguards. Your original equipment throttle tube is made of brittle plastic and shatters easily with the slightest tip over, it is a reliability problem.

The STR throttle tube rides on a teflon bushing (inner side) and a hard anodized bushing (outer side). This system will not be effected by dirt and doesn't require cleaning as often as the stock unit. Also, the outside diameter of the tube is cross hatched to hold grip cement.

Available in closed or open end for use with hand guards.
